Here at Off Grid Hive, we are extremely dedicated to growing as much on site as possible. We pride ourselves on using all organic, mostly local produce. Weโ€˜re passionate about regenerative and giving back to the land methods. We have an extensive herbal garden, many varieties of berries and fruit trees, as well as multiple food forests, and gardens throughout our property.

Come experience the Magic of Maine and get immersed in the incredible culture of Maine cuisine at its finest. We create a 3 course meal that brings you on a journey that is an unforgettable experience. We also have a cocktail hour before the dinner begins. & soft live music throughout the evening.

From Farming to Foraging

Our resident chef & co-owner Sam is a Jane of many trades. She brings a lot to the table, literally. She not only is our chef, but also is the keeper, designer, & creator of our gardens and property here at Off Grid Hive. She also is a very passionate and experienced forager and provides fresh culinary, and medicinal mushrooms and local wild edibles such as fiddleheads. She is also a commercial fisherman that brings in fresh catches from Maine's beautiful oceans constantly, which is how weโ€™re able to provide some of the most freshest and quality seafood around.
